Were you also aware that if you live within the East Dorset District you can make a presentation in the form of a question, petition or deputation. The only requirement is that it must be relevant to some matter in relation to which the meeting has powers or duties, or which affects the district or its inhabitants.
The Committee Officers will advise you of any progress with your question or you can follow your question by looking at the Agenda and eventually the Minutes of the meeting.
